Have you got what it takes to play in our lawn bowls league - Mates In Bowls?
All you need is a few good mates, a good sense of humour and flat soled shoes. If you've never played before, don't worry, we'll guide you and even provide the bowls! Even better, it doesn't cost a fortune and anyone can play!
We commence play at 6pm on Wednesday 17th February 2010 at our Club located on Exchange Street Upper Hutt. We will provide dinner (a sausage sizzle with salad and bread). The cost is $10 per person per night. Get a team of three and come on down.............can you handle the jandal???

WOMEN'S FOURS CHARITY GALA
This very popular event is to be held on Thursday 18th February 2010 at our club. Entry Fee is $20 per team. Please contact Mary Grant or any committee member for entry to this event. This tournament is in support of the Wellington Free Ambulance. There is a need for more prizes for the gala, so please dive into your prize cupboard and donate to this worthy cause!
What's Happening!
The Women's fours and Triples championships are down to the final and the women's singles to the semifinals. The singles will be played on Sunday 7 February.
Those who wish to play in the Top Gun Competition on Sunday (1-00p.m.) need to put their names on the board in the Gold Room please.

It's hearty congratulations to Colin Frude and Phil Strang who have both been selected into the Wellington Disabled Bowls team to play on Sunday 7th Feb 10. Games are at the Hutt club commencing at 9.00am.
